About this app

An inventory of the vineyard established in 2019 made it possible to highlight the strong fragmentation of the properties. To remedy this situation and allow everyone to benefit from an efficient work tool that reduces production costs, the municipality of Savièse has established a development strategy for the wine sector. This strategy consists of three main axes:

1. Realization of a plot reorganization (long term)
2. Stock exchange (short term)
3. Purchase of abandoned land (medium term)

As part of the exchange, an application has been developed to promote direct contact between a seller and potential buyers. These sales operations aim to rationalize the plot and prepare the ground for a future plot reorganization over the entire sector (approx. 275 hectares). This is why financial incentive measures have been put in place. They consist of the payment of registration fees in the land register (RF) by the canton and a contribution to notary fees by the municipality. For the transaction to benefit from this financial assistance, the sale must meet the following conditions:

1. The plot acquired has never benefited from this type of participation
2. The plot acquired must be contiguous to that of the applicant (buyer)
3. The plot acquired must be part of an entity contiguous to that of the applicant (buyer)
4. If conditions 2 and 3 are not met, the surface of the acquired plot or entity (set of plots) must be greater than 1000 m2
5. Participation is foreseen for applications submitted before 31.3.2023

To establish an application and benefit from financial participation, the applicant (purchaser) must follow the following procedure:

1. An owner puts his plot up for sale on the app
2. The buyer makes an offer on the app
3. Negotiation of the out-of-app transaction
4. Agreement between the parties
5. Application for certification by the applicant (purchaser) to the municipality
6. Analysis of the request and issuance of the certificate
7. Signature of the deed before a notary
8. Registration in the RF by attaching the certificate to benefit from the exemption from RF costs
9. Submission of the reimbursement request to the municipality with the following documents
at. Copy of the act
b. Copy of the notary's invoice
vs. Copy of the certificate issued in point 6
10. Reimbursement of part of the notary fees by the municipality and the costs of the RF by the office of structural improvements if they have been invoiced
